We are a non-profit association of building, construction, and associated industry professionals affiliated with the New Mexico Home Builders Association and influential National Association of Home Builders headquartered in Washington D.C.

ACTIVITES

-monthly membership meeting/presentation and dinner the first Tuesday of every month at Cree Meadows Country Club at 7PM. 
-LCHBA annual picnic in September every year. Come on out and enjoy a fun event for you and your crew. Family fun event for members to network, unwind, and relax. Raffles, games, food
-LCHBA annual golf scrable- yearly golf scramble in April is always a big hit! Raise money for operational expenses as well as our scholarship fund! Advertising and hole sponsorhips are available!
-Christmas party- always a fun time. Family fun event with live music, food, and dancing! Builder of the year award and association member of the year awards are presented as well as the upcoming board of directors.

The Lincoln County Home Builders Association is comprised of local contractors and other construction industry related organizations doing business in Lincoln County, New Mexico. The majorities of our association members live and work in Lincoln County on a full time basis. Our Builder Members are required to be properly licensed by the State of New Mexico to perform construction work. Our Associate Members are bankers, mortgage lenders, real estate companies, lumber yards and home centers, plumbers, electricians, insulation installers, and more.
